We’re so happy to share that Nature Kids Yoga is back with My Grown Up & Me classes! ✨ We’re excited to bring consistent offerings for your little ones to move, breathe, play, and connect with the beauty of nature.

Strickland Rd park is closed for construction but we will still meet in nature at a private residence in NW Raleigh. Address will be sent after you sign up. Come join us as we grow, stretch, and explore together again!

We have been super quiet over here…excited to announce we have a Mother’s Day pop up class, at my favorite yoga studio, ! Join us for a fun class followed by a sweet tea party Mother’s Day weekend.

We’re celebrating spooky season this week at Nature Kids! Join my grown up & me class for a fun & creepy flow Friday morning. We’ll meet in grassy area off of the parking lot at 10am. We will end with some spooky crafts

Class is geared towards 2-6 year olds & their caregiver, but all ages are welcome to join the fun! $12/family

We’ve been pretty quiet on here recently. Summer classes wrapped up a couple of weeks ago, and we’ve just been soaking in the last little bits of summer. The cooler weather a few days ago has us pumped for FALL though!! Classes will start back the last week of September. Check out link in bio for class info. & booking ✨

Nature Kids get a special treat tomorrow! will be subbing My Grown Up & Me class for Jamie…what a treat to have her guide us!!

Aubrey loves to share her love for yoga with all ages, as she helps families and individuals see how yoga can work for them! Aubrey is a certified 500 YTT, she is also certified to teach kids and teens through the Kidding Around Yoga program! Yoga has helped Aubrey’s own family to find more balance and joy. What does Aubrey do aside from yoga? She loves running, hiking, being outside, gardening! She is an illustration major, and also loves to sing! Mother to four kiddos herself, and a very happy marriage!
