As my business continues to grow, so do my boundaries. These policies are being put in place to protect my time, income, and the quality of service I provide to every client.

Effective immediately:

• No same-day appointments. Please plan and book accordingly.
• All hair inquiries require a $35 consultation. Consultations are limited to 15 minutes, and the fee will go toward your service if you decide to book.
• 24-hour notice is required for cancellations/rescheduling.
• Same-day cancellations and no-shows are subject to a 50% service charge.

Please understand that an appointment on my books is time specifically reserved for you. Last-minute changes directly impact my business and prevent someone else from booking that time.

Parents are encouraged to stay during their child’s service and bring a tablet, book, or other entertainment to help keep them occupied while they wait.

This event is completely FREE and is our way of investing in the next generation. Every child deserves to walk into the new school year with confidence!

💛 We’d also love your support! If you’re able, please bring school supply donations such as backpacks, notebooks, pencils, crayons, folders, glue sticks, and other classroom essentials to help students start the year prepared.
