HOLIDAY GIFT RAFFLE ✨
This year for the holidays, I will be doing a raffle for whoever would like to participate! You do not have to be a client to enter the raffle. The $10 gift is an Amika blowdry set that includes a dryer brush, a dry shampoo and a heat spray. The $5 gift is the Pureology hydrate shampoo and conditioner set that also comes with a detangler spray and a small hairspray.
Proceeds until December 13th will be used to buy toys for Toys for Tots, which is a charity that provides gifts for children in need during the holidays. From December 13th until December 20th, the rest of the money will be used to buy things to be donated to the Raleigh Women’s Shelter.
You can donate as much money as you’d like, or enter the raffle as many times as you’d like. I will accept cash, Venmo, checks, or if you’re a client I can add it on to your bill at the end of your service.

Starting this week, I am instituting a cancellation policy in hopes of preventing last minute cancellations and no call/ no shows. My goal with this is to be able to accommodate all of my clients that I love so much. I only have limited time available, and want to make sure everyone can get in so I can continue doing what I enjoy! I am asking for at least a 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. All clients receive a message reminder 48 hours before their scheduled appointment, which provides plenty of notice if your time doesn’t work for you! If you are not receiving these messages, please let me know so that I can make sure I have your correct phone number. Please keep in mind that I do book up quickly, so if you are rescheduling, I also offer a cancellation list that you can be added to. I know that sometimes things happen last minute, we get sick, or we just forget, so I will be happy to give an annual pass depending on the circumstances!
My cancellation policy will be: a 50% of service fee if cancelled within 24 hours, and a 100% of service fee if no show or cancelled within the hour of your appointment.
