Being a mom to a young girl makes this hit different.
I will always encourage my daughter to chase her dreams.
I will always strive to lead by example.
I will always be her biggest cheerleader.

One lesson I've learned in my life is that I didn't always have someone accessible to me.

I pray my daughter never experiences that.
I pray I'm present for all of her moments.
I pray she always feels my love and pride.

You may not have the support of those closest to you, but I'm here living my dreams.

I take 2-3 days and create an in depth email for each client. I make sure they feel comfortable with styling prior to leaving. I hand them the brush, help with hand position, etc.

I was honored when her mom said they drove over an hour to come see me. Such a blessing. The best part, at the end her mom said "it looks just like some of the pictures you were looking at!" That is the best compliment.

P.S: I set my clients up for success at home by sending out a personalized email with a full list of products I used on them during the appointment.

I just like to see things simplified and organized these days. Writing on my extension holder allows me to always remember which side belongs where.

I recently moved into a new location and I'm accepting new clients for a limited time.

I feel like since I've found my niche, nothing else matters.

The idea of "I need clients in my chair" was how I operated my first year on my own because I had no idea what I was doing.

Now, I can comfortably say I truly have built a clientele that I love.
