This girl got her last 500 steps i today marching around her tiny house and in her damn backyard.

I took off my watch to charge it.

As a nurse I’m of the school of “If it wasn’t documented, it didn’t happen”.

It happened . It happened.

10k steps in.

Had to repost for the big event.

America’s Bicentennial was just so much better.

10,000 steps.

How do you do it? Why do you do it? Who came up with that number?

Since I started working out (again) in December, I have been challenged (by my awesome coach ) with getting 10k steps a day.

I have not gotten on board until this week. I want to ramp things up a bit.

I get loads of steps in at work. Sometimes over 10k. I don’t want to walk before or after work.

On my days off it’s more difficult.

I bought a walking pad. I’ve used it once.

Will hitting this magic number really make a difference?
