Today I’m sitting in deep gratitude for every person who showed up, trusted me, learned with me, and allowed me to share what I love so deeply.

The success of this class wasn’t just about attendance or numbers… it was about connection, growth, confidence, and community. Watching estheticians invest in themselves, ask questions, support one another, and leave feeling inspired filled my heart more than words can explain.

Your body keeps track of every un-felt emotion and every traumatic experience you may go through. If you don’t feel it fully and let it pass, it will turn up in many other ways throughout your life - whether that is stress, lack of sleep, inability to focus, extreme cravings and binge eating or lack of appetite, and so much more. 🤍

I see this all the time: people’s skin also tells a story. Your skin can tell you whether you haven’t been sleeping well, if you need to drink more water, if in the last 3 months you’ve been super stressed, and if your gut microbiome is off.
Listen to your body and your skin, allow yourself to feel everything, and notice just how far being in tune with your emotions will take you 🌟
