Sometimes I have to put my foot down with my clients—especially my OGs 🫠🤣. They come into this salon acting like I don’t know what they want.
We had been talking about changing her color, but she was NOT ready! Trying to act like she was 🙄🤣
She wanted a cooler blonde, almost but not entirely platinum, and we achieved that by letting the lightener stay on longer, brightening what she already had and TONING! That’s where all the magic happens during the toning process.
