It seems I have to reiterate my cancellation policy AGAIN.

Please give a 24 hour notice for any cancellations/rescheduling. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of your service. If you no call-no show for your appointment you will be charged for 100% of the service.

Being self employed, I rely on my daily income. When you cancel the day of or no show me, it is taking money from me that I was depending on. I have 3 kids and a ton of bills to pay and this really screws me over. Plus I could have potentially filled your spot if you cancelled within my required time frame.

I get that things happen and I’m usually pretty lenient if you or your child is sick. But I had someone cancel a full set the day of her appointment because of a BS excuse. And of course I didn’t have a card on file for her because I booked it for her in person 🤦🏻‍♀️

This is why I require cards on file when you set up a Vagaro account. It doesn’t charge your card when you schedule, but you better believe I WILL if you no show me or cancel the day of. From now on I will be requiring a 50% deposit if you want to book again after you cancel last minute or no show on me.
