Enchanted Studio is slowly together and I couldn’t be happier 🥹 it’s been the most exhausting and the most rewarding past 3 weeks and my heart is so full! I hope you guys know just how much it means to me every time I see y’all in my chair and how grateful I am for all of your messages and continued support 💕 I want this studio to be a safe and welcoming place where each of you can feel comfortable, beautiful and a little magical too ✨ I love each and every one of you and I can’t wait to see you soon!!

I’m SO incredibly excited to announce, that I’m moving salons and I’ll be opening my own salon suite in North Raleigh! This is a really big leap forward in my journey as a stylist and I’m so incredibly grateful for my time at Pinup Studio and for every single person who has supported me along the way—I wouldn’t be where I am today without y’all!

Starting next week, I’ll be taking clients in my new space and I’ll be reaching out to everyone individually to reschedule appts and let you know exactly where you’re going at your next visit with me!

I’m so beyond incredibly excited to share this journey with y’all and I can’t wait to give everyone who sits in my chair a little extra pixie dust ✨

𝗟𝗔𝗦𝗧 𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗨𝗧𝗘 𝗖𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗟𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦 & 𝗡𝗢 𝗦𝗛𝗢𝗪𝗦!

Let’s cut the fluff and get to the nitty gritty. I’m speaking for Pinup personally when I say we lost a hefty chunk last year from our 2 month closure. This is not including all the cancellations and no shows through out the year. We put our customers first and have been more than lenient with last minute cancellations and no shows through this pandemic. We work hard to provide an experience like no other. However, we can not afford to continue our growth and one of a kind experience if our leniency continues to get taken advantage of. Effective immediately our no show & cancellation policy is in place strongly.

What does this mean?! 👇🏼
•If you cancel under 24 hours OR no show you will be charged 50% of your appointment cost. This must be paid before rebooking your next appointment.
•If either of these happen 3 times you will have to pay for your appointment 100% ahead of booking.

*With the exception of emergencies and actually being sick we are still going to be understanding and will void the fees.*

You have to understand we to have a business to run and families to provide for. Our employees are paid solely on commission, there for if we can’t fill that slot they make zero money for the 1-4 hours that they were happy to spend with you. “I’m Sorry and I forgot” unfortunately don’t pay our bills... it’s just the blunt truth.

Our software system sends you a text/email as soon as you make an appointment. You also get notified and asked two days prior to your appointment to confirm. This gives you plenty of time to cancel or make arrangements.

I have attempted and deleted a post like this for far to long in the fear of losing customers, offending someone.. anything negative! We come from a place of understanding and love here and prefer for everything to stay positive but we have hit our breaking point at the amount of loss we continue to take from these missed appointments. Please respect your stylist and respect your local businesses we are just humans trying to get through this too.
