Come by Juiced today at 10am for a fun Pilates class with Coach Devin!!! This is a beginner friendly class, all ages and skill levels are welcome, in fact if you’ve NEVER taken a Pilates class before you will have so much fun!

All poets, musicians artists and performers age 40 & up come out tonight you’ve celebrated at our “Grown and Sexy” Smooth Talk Open Mic Night! All ages 21 & up are welcome to come celebrate and enjoy the show. The vibe tonight is elegant, classy and sexy. Doors open at 8pm

Smooth Talk - Grown & Sexy Open Mic Night 😉. A celebration for all performers ages 40 & Up! We want to treat you to Excellent Live music, a Black Art Gallery curated by some of Raleigh’s Best Photographers, A Phenomenal Guest Host and of course that Smooth Talk family feel. All week long we have teamed up with awesome organizations and leaders to provide events that we think you’ll love! First, A special Grown and Sexy Open mic night to set the tone and then we have Comedy Shows, Pilates, Walking Groups, Poetry, Fashion, and a An awesome discussion on Men’s Health. !
