Had a blast expanding my hair knowledge today, with .co today in Arizona .

This is a Verona Salon Trolley that I purchased from Minerva Beauty, Inc] in Dec 2021. I just purchased another trolley from them with hope that it will last longer than one year and four months. The folks Minerva Beauty, Inc] did not care and didn’t offer me any discount but did offer a few, “I’m so sorry” comments.

Holiday Bookings & Gift Certificates

I always look forward to seeing you! With the holiday season quickly approaching, it's never too soon to think about your next appointment. I have added additional morning hours for the month of December starting at 8:00 am. For those of you who hate blowing out your hair, maybe you could book an early am blowout before going to work. Correction!

I want to make a correction. In my last email explaining the new Olaplex 4P, the word route should be root. I should be more careful using Voice to Text with a country accent. Hope you have a great week.

Recheduling Policy

The past year and a half have truly been a struggle. I have lost about 20% of the clients I had prior to the start of the pandemic. However, the pandemic has brought me a number of new clients. Since there has been so much change amongst my client list, I feel it's necessary for me to review the Cancelation / Rescheduling Policy here at studioKRAY.

Once you have scheduled an appointment at studioKRAY, you will receive a text message from square appointments which is what I use for my booking appointments. Then 48 hours prior to your appointment, you will receive another reminder text reminding you of your upcoming appointment. That is the time or anytime prior to such text is when you need to reschedule or cancel your upcoming appointment. If you cancel or reschedule after you receive the 48-hour reminder text you will be responsible for paying a Cancelation/ Rescheduling fee. The Cancelation / Rescheduling fee is 65% of the scheduled service in which you will be missing.

Over the past six months, I have had more cancellations and rescheduling than I've ever had in my 16 years of hairstyling. A lot has to do with the pandemic and staying safe and I totally understand and respect that. I also know and respect that emergencies do happen which is out of our control. However, I am running a business here and I'm trying to maintain this business. I'm doing everything I can to not raise prices by cutting costs where I can without loss of quality.

I really didn't want to have to send such an email, but after a lot of thought, I feel like it's something that must be communicated to my wonderful list of clients. I value nothing more than the time I spend with each of you in my studio. Please know and understand that without you, there would be no studioKRAY.
