One year ago today…I had surgery to remove stage 2 melanoma from my back and lymph nodes under my arm for testing to see if the cancer had spread.
These images are not fun to look at (warning) but I hope that in sharing them it inspires you to wear your SPF and get regular skin checks. Melanoma is very treatable when caught early and I am grateful this surgery was the end of my treatment.
Going through this was challenging but it blessed me in so many ways - #1 being I found and started this business in the spirit of offering a safe alternative to tanning. ✨ Grateful to God I’m now cancer free and that my journey led me to meeting all of my amazing clients and the ! 🫶🏻
