As many already know, my birthday is so special to me! Therefore I’m taking a vacation just for me! 🥰 I’ve always celebrated it but since 2017, I really CELEBRATE IT! That’s when God spared my life in the most miraculous way! I literally walked around for days with a blood clot in my lung, unknowingly of course. You must understand that clots take people out in a matter of seconds…I lasted hours/days! And during my hospital stay, I found out had another one on the other lung that healed itself (their words, not mine). I know Who actually healed that one! His name is Jesus! My girl flew in from ATL to get ! We did a new fall color (it can also be a winter hair color) & a retwist on her beautiful locs! Thank you to my long time client for trusting me with your gorgeous crown! She said I’m her OG, ride or die! 😂 But frfr, she’s been sitting in my chair since my first salon in 2008! 🥰

Let me tell you something…them Shaw babies kept me in the shop 24/7 when I moved to Raleigh! They will always have a special place in my heart! Today I had the privilege of styling LaToya Compton’s microlocs for homecoming! When clients still trust you after so many years, it’s humbling. Love you Toya! 💕
