The day before the starting line
Two months ago I was committed
Last month I was confident
But last week I said forget it
The heat forcing me to admit
That maybe I’ll run fast in Chicago

Whatever race day brings

Today, I'm running for Boston as I'm sure are so many other people. I am so proud to belong to such an amazing community. The tragedy yesterday is a reminder to me why it is I do what I do. There is no community like this one.
