Multi All Purpose Massage LLC Policies
General Policies:

Punctuality: Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do this 3 times in 1 year will result in a suspension of services for 1 year.
Health Concerns: Please inform your therapist of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to your session. This ensures your safety and the effectiveness of your treatment.
Membership Policies:

60 Minute Memberships:

1 Massage per Month (60 min): $80 with 20% off enhancements (limit 1 per month).
2 Massages per Month (60 min): $160 total with 20% off enhancements (limit 2 per month).
3 Massages per Month (60 min): $240 total with 50% off enhancements (limit 3 per month).
4 Massages per Month (60 min): $320 total with 100% off enhancements (limit 4 per month).
90 Minute Memberships:

1 Massage per Month (90 min): $120 with 20% off enhancements (limit 1 per month).
2 Massages per Month (90 min): $240 total with 20% off enhancements (limit 2 per month).
3 Massages per Month (90 min): $360 total with 50% off enhancements (limit 3 per month).
4 Massages per Month (90 min): $480 total with 100% off enhancements (limit 4 per month).
Annual Member Rewards:

After 12 consecutive months of membership, receive a $100 credit.
Renew your membership for another year and receive a free massage.
Payment and Gratuity:

Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and online payments.
Gratuity: Gratuities are appreciated but not required. The standard rate is 15-20% of the session fee.
Conduct:

Respect and Comfort: Our environment is a safe space for all clients. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session and a ban from future services.

From the moment I walked through the door, owner Cody Doss and his staff at Multi: All Purpose Massage created a cheerful environment that felt warm and welcoming. After asking what type of massage I like and what my specific concerns were Cody designed my massage to my liking. The firm kneading and hot stone massage were just what I needed for my chronic neck and shoulder pain. Cody explained clearly what he was doing and why at each step of the massage. After my custom massage, esthetician Cady Adele gave me an express facial (normally $50, but $40 for first time customers). The express facial takes 30-45 minutes and left my skin feeling fresh and invigorated!! To top it all off; Multi is LGBTQ- and veteran-owned.
