Five years ago today, I left the security of an every week paycheck, to start up my little hair biz. Hudson was 1.5 and I had no idea how this was going to work out…. I had been doing hair on and off for 9 years at the time, and I knew it was my passion, but because I moved around a bit in my 20’s I never found a solid home base to keep a full book of clients. I’m so thrilled today that I have a full book of the most amazing clients and friends anyone could ever ask for. I have cried with them, laughed with them, celebrated with them, and been there for them in some of the worst moments. They don’t tell you when you go to hair school how intimate this job really is, they don’t tell you the moments you’ll share with these “people” you call clients. Deaths, weddings, babies, divorces, job loses and job gains, the list goes on🩷. I always wanted to follow in my grandpas foot steps and have my own business, and I’m so excited I was able to do that. I wish he could have been here to see how successful this business has been. But it’s so much more than just a business, my clients are like my family, I love each and every one of you so unbelievably much. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for trusting me with your beauty, and more importantly thank you all for being there for me in MY moments both happy and sad, here’s to another 5 years 🙌😘

Four years ago today, I decided to go “back” to doing hair. I started from ground zero for a second time, as a mom of a 1.5 year old and I was really scared how it was going to go. I look back at these past four years of building my own business for the first time and not relaying on a commission based salon, and I am so freaking proud, thankful, and honestly in disbelief I am where I am now. Pandemic and all, I have the most amazing book of clients that I could not be more thankful for. Every single one of you means so much to me and my business. None of this would be possible with out you all. Thank you for trusting me with your hair, and thank you for being some of the best friends I have ever known! Cheers for four years! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
