Today I'm Freezing cheese for food storage.
We like to make individual pizzas.
*We use a sauce of course and you'll choose your own.
*We buy the big bag of precut pepperoni that I'll divide and freeze. 3.99 costco
*Greek pita flat bread 3.99 for 12 costco
* Frigo Mozzarella 3.99 costco which I slice and freeze before I package for long term storage.

I like to add some Colby Jack so those and other cheeders I just cut in half and bag in zip lock and then use my foodsaver to seal again.
You can cut into slices if you'd like Cheddar slices but then slice/freeze/ use wax or parchment paper between the slices when you bag and air seal.
Cheese must be air tight.
