Why do I need a lash fill if I got a full set?
•Unless you are getting extensions for a special occasion, lash fills are necessary to keep and maintain the full and freshness of your lash set.

How often should I be getting fills?
•It is recommended to come in every 2-3 weeks for your lash fill appointment. Our natural lashes have a natural growth cycle. We shed about 2-5 lashes per day.

What is considered a fill?
•When coming in for a fill, your lashes shouldn’t look like it’s hanging on for dear life. If that is the case, please schedule a new full set in order to allocate the appropriate amount of time for your service.

In courtesy of your service provider, cancellations must be notified 24 hours before your scheduled appointment by email or phone to avoid any last minute cancellation fees. Cancellations made within less than the allotted time will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
