Pretty cool idea to make sure you stay on track with your salads for the week
Time and Time again it's proven to me that waking up with a positive outlook and carrying that with you throughout the day is much more serving to yourself and others. Is it difficult when things are looking down? Absolutely, but the more you practice the easier it becomes.
