True Center Yoga is excited to welcome Lauren Priestap.
She is a RYT500 yoga practitioner, community engagement specialist, teacher, mother, and student of life. She has taught yoga in Central Vermont communities for the past six years to students aged newborn to 85, and feels passionate about creating safe spaces for humans to breathe and move in. She believes in the power of yoga practice to foster intentional life, slow the mind, and grow an open heart.

Intermediate level practice with a lot of space to experiment with well paced vinyasa flows, more challenging poses, and building from one flow to the next to create joy and confidence in practice. Plan on incorporating power, Pilates, slow flow, and strength work variations in each practice! For anyone looking to expand their yoga mind in building their own unique practice and seeking inspiration and a communal safe space to try something new.
