Hi everyone, long time no see! I have come to update you on my status but bear with me because this will be a long post.

I am happy and excited to say I am ready to start booking everyone for January starting the 1st! As for right now I am only able to do two days a week consistently on Thursdays and Saturdays. I was and am still very much hoping to get a third day worked out but still in the process of figuring that out and once I do I will let everyone know.

I have prided myself on being able to be super flexible for you but now with my limited schedule I sadly will not be able to be as flexible as I was. Please don’t hesitate to still reach out to me with any scheduling issues. I will do what I can but just know it might not be as easy as before to reschedule.

With scheduling I will also now have a couple blocked times in my day as I will have to make sure I have time to pump throughout the day. With that means I have decided to continue booking everything myself so there are no scheduling conflicts, meaning I will not be turning my online booking back on yet.

Lastly, I had to take a small hiatus from pedicures due to my growing belly but now that she is here I am happy to say I am adding them back into my services. I will be limiting how many I take in a day just for a brief time so I can ease my body back into it and make sure I’m not doing to much to fast.

I know it’s a lot of change but I just ask for everyone’s patience and understanding as I try to navigate everything. I have missed all of you and can’t wait to see you all again and show off all my cute pictures of Maizie. I will try to get in contact with everyone this week many of you have my contact number so don’t be afraid to reach out first either. See you guys soon 😊

Hello everyone! As you know a few weeks ago I went on maternity leave and I’m happy to announce we welcomed Miss Maizie Maureen Niewenhuis into the world last Monday November 10. We are over the moon in love with our sweet baby girl. I am taking a brief second I have just to update everyone on my status. I know I had mentioned about possibly going in a few days in December to get you all in before the holidays but unfortunately I will be out until January as I had an unplanned C Section and will need to take a few extra weeks for recovery. I’m still not sure what days I will be in or what day for sure I will be back as we still have some kinks to work out with my husbands job but I will let you all know as soon as I do because I miss all of your faces! I hope you all enjoy the holidays with your families and I will see you all of you in the new year 🩷🩷

Well everyone the time has come and I am officially off for maternity leave until further notice. We are still waiting for little ones arrival but it can be any day now. Thank you to all of my wonderful clients for all your continued support, if you are needing anything while I’m gone please reach out and I can give you contacts for some wonderful ladies that would be able to help you. As of now I am not 100% sure when I will be back but once I do I will reach out to everyone to get you back on my schedule! Happy Sunday! Hard to believe it will be October here in just a few short days already. With that being said many of you know that October will be my last month to get in for nails before I go on maternity leave so as long as baby doesn’t decide otherwise I am planning on being available through October 30. I am sadly not taking any pedicure appointments at this time because it has gotten too uncomfortable for me to do them this last month but I am still taking on manicures. I have talked to many of you and those who are needing/wanting some recommendations on who to see while I am gone I will have a list available at our next appointment for you. Thank you to everyone for all the support and patience during this journey and I look forward to seeing you all a few more times before little ones arrival 🩷

Happy Hump Day everyone! Most of you already know but just a friendly reminder that I will be out of town starting tomorrow through Monday for a friends bachelorette party so I will not be checking my phone as often as I normally do so please be patient with responses if you are needing to get ahold of me. Secondly a reminder that I will also have to be out of the salon Tuesday and Wednesday as my husband will be having surgery Tuesday morning and I want to make sure he will be ok and have everything he needs before returning to the salon over the weekend. I hope everyone has a fantastic Labor Day Weekend and I will see most of your lovely faces next weekend when I get back 😊

Breaking a nail is definitely at the top of the list 😭
