Hey everyone!!! I posted a while back to see if anyone wanted my workouts and meals plans! I have great products I use as well as managing my diet and exercise. I created a shad page so I can help those that are interested in having a healthy lifestyle get started!!! I have a 30 day meal plan already set up and you guys are gonna love how fresh it is!! Every weekend I will post a grocery list to start your week out on Monday for meal preps. If there are things you don't like we can substitute 😄 As far as workouts I will be posting videos and workout plans daily, along with products I'm using as well as recommending products to help each individual reach there goal! I'm finally done with my semester in nursing school and will have more time for fitness for the summer, as well as prepping for Miss SD 😍
