�Appointments

The Perfect Place Salon recommends that clients take the time to reschedule their next appointment(s) before they leave the salon in an effort to reserve the date and time that best fits your schedule. If appointments aren’t available during your desired date and time, I will add your name to a cancellation list and in the event of a cancellation, you will be contacted by phone, email, or text.

�Confirmations, Late Arrivals & Cancellations�

Every effort will be made to confirm your appointment one day in advance. A missed appointment means loss of availability for other clients. However, I do realize circumstances occasionally arise which are completely out of one’s control, and we truly understand. If you confirm your appointment the day before, a no show missed appointment may result in a $25 Service Fee. I understand that sometimes it is inevitable that you may run late for an appointment. The time that you have scheduled is yours to use at your discretion. We will give every effort to deliver your services to you as best can be met by the remainder of your scheduled time.

�Services Policy�

If you are not entirely satisfied with your services, please call right away and schedule a complimentary redo within 5 days. The Perfect Place Salon will not be liable for color that has been done at home or at another salon. Im more than happy to fix it for clients. There are times corrective color usually requires more than one service appointment to achieve desired results. Because of the nature of home-coloring box products, we cannot guarantee color services if the client has previously had box color on the hair due to damage it may further cause the hair.
