Wearing your ponytail in the exact same spot every day can actually cause breakage over time. The constant tension in one area weakens the hair and can lead to snapping or thinning.

Try switching things up! Move your ponytail higher or lower, wear a loose braid, twists, or other low-tension styles in between to give your hair a break.
