Stop by the lean bean coffee in downtown Cda to help support the donations going to NISSA for the research and prevention of SIDS in infants.

I’m back.

I’ve been dealing with a kidney stone and a cyst on my ovaries and it has been so painful. When I tell you it broke me mentally i mean I’ve been on the couch barely moving, not eating, crying, life’s been heavy. It’s not completely over, im still having slight pain but i finally have a little bit of hope and a little bit of energy. Being physically down can bring anyone down mentally and my heart goes out to anyone who experiences these times. 🤗 ❤️‍🩹

I got a notification on my usps app that this is one of my mail pieces…. We’ve never looked up funeral homes or anything of that nature. Has anyone else gotten weird mail like this????

April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month.

I’ve gone back and forth about sharing this… but I know staying silent helps no one.

I am both a victim and a survivor of s*xual assault and s*x trafficking.

I won’t go into details, but I will say this:
It changes you. It rewires how you see the world, trust people, and even how you see yourself.

But here’s what I’ve learned…

Survival is not the end of the story.
Healing is real.
And voices, our voices matter.

So let’s talk about what we can do:

If you see something that feels off, say something.
If someone confides in you, believe them.
If you’re unsure, check in anyway.
If you have a voice, use it.

Because silence is where these things survive.

And to anyone reading this who has been through something similar:
You are not alone.
You are not what happened to you.
And your story doesn’t end there.

This is a hard truth, but it’s a real one.
It happens more than people realize and it can happen to anyone.

We don’t have to look away.
We can choose to notice, to care, and to act when something isn’t right.

If this speaks to you, share it.
Let’s bring awareness, not shame.

💙

I told her it’s super sunny out let’s go to the park ☀️
She wanted to come to the play place and it’s empty, thought she would hate not having friends to play with but she’s absolutely loving it 🤣

We’re going to the park after though, I need my sunshine ☀️ ☀️ ☀️
