My Word for the Week: Secure
Monday
Starting the week surrendered. It’s a process to let go of my own blueprint, but there is so much peace in knowing His plan is completely secure. Holding onto Isaiah 32:17 today! 🙏🏼
My focus word for this week is SECURE. 🤍 Lately, I am realizing more and more that true security isn’t about having everything figured out—it’s about knowing Who holds the blueprint.
I am spiritually secure as I surrender to Him, and physically secure as I follow His steps—even when the path looks a little different than I would have planned. Isaiah 32:17-18 reminds us that the effect of His righteousness is "quietness and assurance for ever." I want to have so much trust in the work He is doing in my life that fear simply loses its grip.
When things don't go the way we expected, we can still trust His heart fully. He is building a sure dwelling place for us.
What is one area of your life where you are learning to surrender control and find your security in Him today?
Do you have 15 minutes for this?
Find 15 minutes of intentional silence today to quiet the noise and allow God space to speak to your heart. This practice of the power of silence and cultivating inner stillness is crucial for spiritual growth. Let God's peace bring a calm mind as you meditate on His word, free from worldly distractions.

One Habit Destroys All Others
It's time to take charge and rule your appetite! This video explores how to identify a "bad habit"—whether physical or mental—and replace it with a precept. Learn how to overcome "how to stop cravings" by memorizing Bible verses, building mental strength and promoting "behavior change". By focusing on "good habits" and strengthening your "self discipline", you can improve your "mental health" and overcome negativity.

Sabbath
Wrapping up the week with gratitude. Thankful for the lessons learned, the gentle corrections, and the reminder that God never stops teaching His children. 🕊️
Friday
Looking back at the week, I can see how God guided my steps when I simply stopped to listen. A teachable heart is a peaceful heart. Have a blessed Friday! 😊
Thursday
True strength isn’t about knowing everything; it’s about being willing to learn anything God wants to show us. Staying teachable today. 📖
Wednesday
Halfway through the week! My prayer today: "Lord, show me where I am being stubborn, and give me a gentle spirit that is ready to be molded by Your truth." 🙏✨
Tuesday
God often uses the people around us to teach us hard but beautiful lessons. Today, I’m praying for the humility to listen to others with an open mind and a soft heart. 🤝
Monday
Starting the week with a blank slate and an open heart. Being teachable means admitting I don’t have it all figured out, and that’s exactly where growth begins. “The meek will he guide...” 🤍
Word of the week: Teachable. ✨
My prayer lately is for a heart truly ready to learn. I want to be taught by God, to follow His ways, and to be humble enough to listen when He speaks through the people around me. Psalm 25:9 reminds us: "The meek will he guide in judgment: and the meek will he teach his way."
Here’s to staying humble, listening closely, and letting Him guide our steps this week. 🙏🤍
