I've had a lot of inquiries about weight loss consultations and what I offer, so I thought I would make a post to answer your frequently asked questions!

•The first step is booking your weight loss consultation! At this visit, I will obtain your basic information, obtain a detailed past medical history and medication list, discuss your current diet and exercise regimen, and work together to set your weight loss goals!

•Next, we will discuss which option is best for you! Is fatigue your biggest set back? Is it binge eating?Is it an underlying health condition? We will discuss the use of B12, phentermine, or Zepbound to help meet those goals in combination with a reduced- caloric diet and exercise.

•What is Zepbound? Zepbound works as a dual agonist, activating both GIP and GLP-1 hormone receptors to reduce appetite and food intake, which ultimately helps with weight loss and maintenance when combined with a reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity. I send the prescription directly to Lily Pharmacy (the manufacturer of Zepbound) and they contact you for payment!

• What is phentermine? Phentermine (Adipex) is a prescription medicine used to suppress appetite. It can help weight loss by making you less hungry. Or it can help you feel full longer. Phentermine use is approved for 12 weeks.

• How does B12 help with weight loss? B12 is crucial for the production of red blood cells, which carry oxygen throughout the body. Increased oxygen delivery to muscles and tissues can reduce fatigue and improve energy levels. Correcting a B12 deficiency can lead to increased energy, allowing for more effective workouts and increased calorie intake.

First and foremost, thank you to my amazing clients that have supported me over the past 6 years while I've been injecting! It has been awesome to spend time with old friends and meet new ones while achieving your personal goals along the way! It's the best part of my job!

Many of you know that my family and I moved to Ravenswood, WV last summer. I absolutely love it here!
