Blue Cedar Massage & Bodywork

Having a sale in the comments! (Some items wont be available until the end of the month until I move out.)

If you haven't heard by now, I am moving locations!

Starting in OCTOBER I will be moving my office to my house and leaving Ray, with this move I'll be changing my business name for a fresh start. If youre a regular you'll be automatically added to the private group with info and updates. If you aren't a regular and want to keep up and still jump in on the schedule when you can, feel free to text me or ask to join the group!
With school starting again I have decided to only work during school hours which I am so thankful for already being able to pick my kids up every day. Later appointments will still be available upon request, message me for more details!

New location, new name, new hours! Thank you for supporting me, I am looking forward to this new chapter.
Warmly,
Shannon Verploegen, LMT

A super satisfying before and after orthopedic massage to help with capsular adhesions and get some range of motion back!

Thank you to this wonderful client for letting me take these pictures and post 🙌. This first photo was me guiding and there was discomfort, the second photo she just flew her arm right up, you could see in her face the difference. 💙

Update: I have enough interest and the spots have all been filled. Thank you!

Hope everyone is enjoying summer!🌞
I was thinking about opening up tomorrow, Friday July 10th for some appointments. I just went through the whole cancellation list and everyone is busy living their best summer lives this week. If you're wanting a massage tomorrow shoot me a text message and if I have enough interest I'll open the day up!
Thank you,
Shannon Verploegen LMT

I spent my Birthday putting my fingers in some mouths for intraoral work. Wouldnt have it any other way, thank you for all of the Birthday wishes!

Learning about the TMJ all weekend...super stoked to be offering intraoral massage when I return!

If you have a gift card please get on the schedule as I will have limited availability in the next few months! I will no longer be selling gift cards at this time, with the exception of people already regularly on the schedule. 😁 Thank you for your understanding! Booking link is located at the top of my Blue Cedar profile.

It's my snoring coworker's 9th Birthday today!
