While products like Sun-In may seem like a quick and easy way to lighten your hair, they can create major challenges when it comes to achieving your desired color safely and predictably.

In this case, the previous Sun-In application caused the hair to lift unevenly and exposed strong orange and brassy tones during the lightening process. What should have been a straightforward highlight service became much more complex due to the existing Sun-In buildup on the hair.

Here are a few things Sun-In can do to your hair:
