A basic idea of referred pain

I am beyond excited to share that my television appearance for Elevate! The Power in Her Path Series by Lifetime Women was officially filmed this past Friday, August 7, 2026!
Story time!
After finishing my segment of Elevate!, I was on my way to a celebration dinner at a new-to-me restaurant, Churrascaria Plataforma in New York City. It was a celebration of a job well done—and also a belated celebration of my 34th birthday, which was two days earlier on August 5th.
Along the way, I found this beautiful red rose from God on the street.
I can only imagine how many people may have walked right past it, yet I happened to be looking down at that exact moment and saw it and am so grateful.
Rose found: Friday, August 7th at 19:58 military time—or 7:58 PM.
And the dessert? Brazilian-Style Caramel Flan. Absolutely rich and worth it.
It was an unforgettable way to celebrate a birthday, a television milestone and a moment I will always remember.
