Dear Valued Guest,
You and your health, as well as the health of our team members, is always our top priority, especially amid peak flu season. In light of the recent coronavirus, we wanted to take a moment to share with you some of the cleanliness standards we follow within our salons.
Our team wash their hands with antibacterial soap and use a hand sanitizer between every guest, in addition to washing their hands frequently throughout the day. Our tools and equipment are washed using antibacterial soap after each use and then sanitized using a state-approved antimicrobial disinfectant that kills viruses and bacteria. Additionally, we clean our tools and our stations between each guest.
We also encourage our team members to stay home and see a doctor if they feel unwell. Given the concern about the coronavirus, if you exhibit signs/symptoms of lower respiratory infection (fever, cough, or shortness of breath) we respectfully ask that you please reschedule your appointment. Just call your salon or use our website to change your appointment to a time that works best for you. Don’t worry, if you need to reschedule, any cancellation fees will be waived.
We are grateful you choose us to help you look and feel your most beautiful, and look forward to your next visit in the very near future.
