Early in July, I was approached by a very good friend regarding a business opportunity. This friend had been very successful with other businesses in the past, so I knew when she came to me that it was the real deal. She said they were in the process of launching a brand new direct sales company that boasted an ethically derived human stem cell skincare line unlike any other and needed strong, motivated leaders to help build the brand.

As a stay-at-home-mom who was desperately trying to find ways to help supplement the family income during the COVID pandemic and a microneedling technician who had studied human stem cell products in depth, I knew without a doubt that I wanted in!

The weeks went by and I got to know the other executives working hard to launch the business. I grew to love and respect each and every one of them. Here were several people who had been burned by direct sales companies in the past, sitting down and restructuring what they knew so that it would be fair for those who worked hard to make the business successful in the first place!
