Good afternoon girls! Just a friendly heads up I will now be CHARGING all "no show" appointments 50% of their missed appt. I'm so sorry to have to do it but recently my no show rate has increased and its becoming difficult on my business and is very unfair to other clients wanting that potential spot. Nothing personal on anyone and I completely understand sometimes life just happens and things get forgotten but I feel this is whats fair from a business point of view.
