MaKayla is a Registered Nurse who works part-time at LJ and has been part of our team for almost 2 years! We are so lucky to have her!

• Avoid alcohol 24 hours prior
• Avoid non-essential blood-thinning medications/supplements if medically appropriate
• Tell us about cold sores, illness or recent dental work
AFTER
• Swelling & bruising are normal
• Cool compress as needed
• Avoid exercise, alcohol & excessive heat for 24 hours
• Don’t massage unless instructed
• Allow ~2 weeks for final results
