Hello clients. I wanted to take a moment to let you know of some minor changes. I have been reluctant to say much because I do not want to deter anyone, as I am still here to take care of my clients. I am still working and will do my best to be there for you, I will just need to do so with lighter days and hours. Around the holiday season of 2021 I started having some shoulder pain, inflammation, popping going on, and so I pushed thru the holidays. Come January of 2022 after the holiday rush I had hoped it would just calm down, but it hadn’t… so off to dr I went. After the next 3 months and waiting to get an MRI done and getting answers, by April I knew what was going on…. I was diagnosed with bursitis, some arthritis, and tendinitis with some fraying on my tendons. I was assured that it was not at a surgical level-thank goodness! However the Dr. did tell me it was due to repetition work, and I have to consider the long term affects…. So I have to do my best to not make it worse. And come to find out the Radiologist who read my images was a longtime childhood friend(what a small world)—which gave me relief that it was diagnosed right! I have since received injections — BIG DIFFERENCE- will do so as long as I can. So my post is not for sympathy at all, but I have had some asking questions. I figured this was a way to inform my clients and let them know that I have truly not purposely neglected or ignored them, and that I truly appreciate them! I can still work, I just have to be more mindful of how much I do in a day and give my arm the rest and rehab it needs.
