Whether it’s virtual or in person, every Thursday I’ll be available for any skin/skincare questions, consultations, scheduling, and treatment plan coordinating 😍 I’m so excited! THIS FRIDAY 🎉 JUNE 4th - It’s First Friday’s Downtown and we’re joining the fun by having our very first Summer Skin Event at Spiral! We’re highlighting our must-have summer face and body products AND launching our brand new mineral makeup line, Jane Iredale!!

Rachel and I have worked with, and loved Jane Iredale for years, so we are really excited about partnering with this company so you can experience their high performing cosmetics!

It’s a special day, and for me, it’s one of those days that continues to show me just how possible it is to hold space for loving, living, and grieving all at the same time. The capacity of our hearts never ceases to amaze me.

1. dry brush: before showing, gently brush skin (no pressure) to soften follicles and remove dead skin

2. silk scrub: apply scrub and let it sit for 3-5 minutes before rubbing, in circular, motions into skin

3. fur oil: apply fur oil to treated areas to replenish moisture and nourish hair follicles
