You set a goal. Now accomplish it. I promise you will feel so good once you do. Better than any piece of chocolate, cake or piece of candy will make you feel. Screen shot this mantra and read it when you need it. Choose healthy habits.

Ok midway through the 2nd week of January and the put on by and I'm already down 12lb! Of course most of that was excess water weight and food....but still! Ain't no hump day here! Get after it!

Alright. Happy New year! So for the past couple years I've let myself go during November holidays, and it was extra bad this year due to injuries.
BUT thanks to I am motivated and excited at the new year to eat clean, train hard, rededicate myself and grind it back out to gettimg fit & healthy! Sometimes people won't understand your why. This is your story and you get to choose how it's written. Being committed to your health and wellness might seem odd to some. Truth is, we all have different priorities. Stay true and choose you.

I love every day of lifting. But I really love the instant gratification of getting a pump and seeing the mirror and grimacing for another rep or two.
Today's lifting consisted of overhead press, triceps extensions and bicep curls. You don't have to reinvent the wheel or 9 different exercises to get results. Do. What. Works. For. You!

Don't skip baby cow day. For the longest time I did. So now I wear shorts on calves day to make sure I know what I'm looking at it. Don't let the wind blow you over.
Be grateful. Be humble. Put in the work. Don't let comparison rob your joy.

Manifestation is half the battle. How do you define your goals? Vision board, lists, spreadsheets, etc? A plan without action is just a dream. Take action and put your fears to rest. Clearly define your goals, make them visible as a constant reminder and work toward them a little each day. Failure is a lie from your fears, you are capable of what you set your mind to. The successful never lose, they either win or they learn! If it doesn't work for you, readjust and keep going. Choose your healthy fit!

says the difference between the successful and the unsuccessful is one thing...the successful do what it takes even when they don't feel like doing it. No excuses!

The reason I'm not healthy and fit is:
I don't have time...make time?
I don't know what to do...ask?
Etc, etc, etc....
The truth is you...you are either lazy or not passionate about it....thats it.
