At Healing Arts Collective we’ve created a space where people can come to rest, reset, and reconnect. This is my new gong installation, thoughtfully designed to support deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and immersive sound healing combined with a compliment of various crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks, crystal harp and drums.

Every detail in this space was created with intention—to offer a calm, grounding environment where you can truly let go and receive.

Ostara is named for the goddess archetype of the same name.
She represents the strength of the sun embedded in life: nurturing warmth and energy that is a catalyst for fertility, rebirth, and renewal.
As you come out of the dark winter, the warmth of the sun is growing, bringing life and renewal.
Finding the center, getting still and listening will help you find your inner warmth so you can bloom in the season ahead of you.

As I was tucked away in bed I rang the new year with this quote at the end of the season 2 finale of Picard.
It struck me with hope.
I didn’t plan this, we watch Star Trek every night before bed, it’s just our thing ✨
it was just where we happened to be. Synchronicity.
That’s also our thing✨
As the fireworks are let off and the dogs snuggle in closer I dream of a brighter future.
This month I have been reflective and now it’s time to start nurturing the seeds of a brighter tomorrow. The possibilities are endless✨

Such a lovely, heart wide open, breath deeply and just be kind of a night. How am I so blessed? I am so thankful for the beautiful souls who come on Wednesday nights and allow me to hold space for them with sound. What a blessing indeed. ❤️
