I wrote this months ago and happened to find it this evening. I feel like it’s fitting for all of the uncertainty thats happening in the world right now. • • • Life is never perfect, but it can always be beautiful. ✨ You get to choose what it looks like, even when heartache and fear come in, you still get to choose. 🤍 Keep putting one foot in front of the other. Cry, laugh, scream, dance, sleep, whatever you need to do to take care of yourself...but never give up. 🙏🏼You can do anything, but you don’t have to do everything. Just do what makes life beautiful for YOU. 💕 Cheers to beauty & love & growth. 🥂

I’m fully aware that I am basically an old lady at this point but this is a little bit of my favorite routine right here - 📚 reading, ☀️ sunshine + ☕️ tea (while I also watch my dog Henry being super cute playing in the yard). I’m truly convinced if we all would just slow the hell down, we would be much happier, more peaceful people. 👌🏻 And I’m not referring to the Netflix binge kinda slowing down, but the intentional kind of slowing down to just think, read, breathe, or just be present with what’s right in front of you. It definitely takes practice. 😅

Ok, I need your feedback ⚠️...are you all still into the gem roller situation or is this a big ol’ yawn topic?? I feel like people either have one and love it, or still have no clue what the heck they’re for! 🤷🏻‍♀️ I personally love the de-puffing & cooling benefits these offer the skin. It helps get great circulation and lymph fluid movement. 👌🏻 I also have to say of all of the ones I’ve seen, these opal babies I stocked last year are hands down my fave. 😍 Trying to decide if I should get another batch for the holidays?! 🤔 They do make great gifts!
