Mike has been on a watermelon kick lately! 🍉😂 He loves watermelon juice not only because it tastes so good and refreshing, but because it’s such an easy way to stay hydrated, especially in the summer. 💦☀️

He’s been making our own watermelon juice at home and it’s SO good—and way more affordable! Instead of paying $7 for two bottles of watermelon juice, we can buy a whole watermelon for about $7 and make a ton of juice! 🙌🏼

And last week we made a watermelon salad too! 🍉🥗 So many ways to use one watermelon.

Watermelon is over 90% water and naturally contains vitamin C, vitamin A, potassium and lycopene. And when you make it yourself, there’s no added sugar or preservatives.
