Beach Yoga class was amazing this weekend in Hermosa Beach
on first Street!
I was asked to substitute teach for my friend Angie. It was very relaxing and so fun! We set our sheet down on the sand with our Yoga mat on top ~ it’s wonderful to listen to the ocean and be in nature while we practice. Thank you to all who attended class to share the experience 🙂
So grateful for our time together!
