I may be retired, for now… Bit I still love learning!!
I’ve been wanting to check out hair color for quite a while.
The product looks AMAZING!!
Grabbed some to try on myself, I can’t wait!!
Ran into some friends!!
And I stocked up on some stuff for myself 🤍

As you know, I’m obsessed with sunscreen!
It’s my go-to advice for anti-aging, keeping skin healthy and all around if you do nothing else, wear SPF!

I’ve recently started playing in retail stores again to see what’s new, if some old favorites still live up to my expectations, etc.

On a recent trip to the store I grabbed some SuperGoop Unseen Sunscreen. I really dislike the price point, I find it to be high but price is subjective… But the product is AMAZING! So I might keep buying it. Well, I thought I would until I saw this video….

I really like most of their videos! They try all sorts of products and devices and there seems to be little bias.

They found a SuperGoop dupe and now I need to go get it!!

I just went on a trip and thought… I can pack light! I’ll just take the ‘necessities’ ODW and SPF.

I was in FL, I thought the humidity would be enough, it normally makes my skin oily.
Not this time!!

What I needed was to ALSO bring my moisturizer and eye cream.
My under eye area was BAD!!!

Thankfully I found these other gems hiding in my travel kit and they definitely helped!!

Note to self, bring the appropriate skincare when you travel! Maybe extra just in case…

Me, I cook delicious healthy meals. They just make me feel better and have more energy. And I believe good food is a way of showing love to others.

I also love a good beach sit! I LOVE that I’m back close to the beach and can go sit by the esplanade with my coffee and say hi to the dolphins. The roll of the ocean is like a meditation.

UGH! Is the rain ever going to end?!?!

It will end but until it does, what can we do to make sure you still have a good hair day?

🌦️ A GREAT blow dry! Yes, I have tricks and products to help make it last longer than you can.

🌦️ Conditioning treatments. Keeping your hair as healthy as possible will help it hold the shape you want. Fried hair will look frizzy, regardless of the weather.

🌦️ A smoothing treatment. It will help seal the cuticle and make it resistant to weather influences. Rainy weather is where it really shows off what it’s designed to do!

While we are waiting for the rain to clear, I’ve also been loving a nice tight style like a low bun or braid.

BUT make sure you let your hair dry! Don’t leave it pulled back and constantly wet. Wet hair can and will grow mold & fungus which can effect your hair and scalp.
