One of the most common hair mistakes we see is over-washing! Stripping your scalp of its natural oils can lead to dryness, frizz and even more oil production over time as your scalp tries to compensate.

A good rule of thumb:
✔️ Fine hair: every other day
✔️ Medium hair: 2 to 3 times a week
✔️ Thick or coarse hair: once or twice a week
