You don’t need more willpower.

You might just need more nourishment.

Some of the things we label as “lack of discipline” are actually our body’s way of asking for support.

✨ Here are 5 signs it may be time to nourish instead of restrict:

🌿 1. You’re constantly thinking about food.
If food occupies your mind all day, your body may be signaling that it’s not getting enough energy, satisfaction, or balance.

🌿 2. You crash every afternoon.
That 2–3 p.m. slump isn’t always about needing more coffee. Skipping meals, not eating enough protein, or inconsistent eating patterns can leave your energy tank empty.

🌿 3. You’re irritable or overwhelmed by little things.
Blood sugar fluctuations and under-fueling can affect mood, patience, and resilience.

🌿 4. You’re experiencing intense cravings.
Cravings aren’t a character flaw. They’re information. Your body may be asking for more nourishment, consistency, or even permission to enjoy foods you love.

🌿 5. You’re exhausted, even after resting.
Chronic dieting, stress, and trying to “push through” can leave your body depleted.

The answer isn’t always more control.
Sometimes it’s:
🥗 Eating enough.
💧 Staying hydrated.
😴 Prioritizing rest.
🩷 Offering yourself compassion.

Your body isn’t the enemy. It may simply be asking you to listen.

Tell me: Which of these signs have you noticed in yourself lately? ⬇️

Start of summer is crazy, right?

But, as we get started here’s a summer swap/tip.

Craving ice cream 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️

The only problem, well, okay, there are a few. First, dairy and my gut…not friends. Second, holy sugar.

How to meet that in a satisfying way?

Greek yogurt with a drizzle of honey or maple syrup.

Mmm…it absolutely hits the spot.

Be Well started from a simple belief: wellness should feel supportive, not punishing.

Right now, Be Well means honoring the season I’m in. It means listening to my body, protecting my energy, and choosing habits that feel sustainable instead of extreme.

It means giving myself permission to slow down when needed…and trusting that small steps still matter.

Wellness changes as life changes…and that’s okay.

What does being well look like for you right now? 🌿

Sometimes the answer isn’t more discipline. It’s more rest.

5 signs your body may be asking for a reset:

✨ You’re exhausted no matter how much you push
✨ Motivation feels impossible lately
✨ You’re craving sugar/caffeine nonstop
✨ You feel more emotional or irritable than usual
✨ Even simple tasks feel heavy

Rest isn’t laziness. It’s a biological need.

Sometimes progress looks like slowing down long enough to recover.

Which one do you relate to most right now? 🌿

Finish this sentence:

I feel my best when I ______.

Maybe it’s when you get enough sleep.
Maybe it’s when you move your body.
Maybe it’s when you say no more often.
Maybe it’s when you make time for yourself.

There’s no wrong answer, just awareness.

Drop yours below. 🌿

You don’t have to figure it all out alone.

Not your health.
Not your habits.
Not your healing.
Not the version of you you’re trying to become.

Support matters.

Sometimes the biggest shift happens when someone walks beside you, helps simplify the noise, and reminds you that progress doesn’t have to be perfect.

If you’ve been trying to do everything on your own and feeling stuck…maybe it’s time for support. 🌿

Behind every wellness coach is still a human navigating life in real time.

Lately, I’ve been learning that protecting my energy is just as important as productivity. That rest is productive. That boundaries are healthy. That I don’t have to pour from an empty cup to prove anything.

I’m always encouraging others to care for themselves, but I live that practice too.

Wellness isn’t perfection. It’s returning to yourself again and again.

What’s something life is teaching you right now? 🌿

It’s been a while since I’ve been in the mood to play with my food.

Stuffing chicken is a lot easier than you think and packs a HUGE flavor punch especially when stuffed with sun-dried tomatoes and herbs.

Oh, and homemade potatoes can be flavorful and crispy AND baked.

I’ve been a little quiet over here lately… and I wanted to take a moment to share why 🤍

Behind the scenes, I’ve been pouring my heart into planning a meaningful event for a foundation that’s very close to me. It’s been beautiful, fulfilling work, and it’s also required me to be really intentional with my energy.

Part of my Be Well practice (and what I gently remind all of you, too) is honoring my limits and not overextending myself. So I’ve been leaning into that…creating space, focusing on what truly matters, and protecting my capacity and my ability to still pour into my clients.

Thank you for being here, for your patience, and for walking this journey with me. I’m still here…just moving a little more slowly and intentionally right now ✨

More soon 🤍
