Hairway 33

So....things have changed here at Hairway 33. My long time (26 yrs!) friend and coworker, Kristy, starts a new chapter in life opening her own salon, Hair talks. I wish her all the best! I will miss you!!
Also, my friend and coworker, Carrie, leaves to work with Kristy. May this next chapter be great for you as well!
I want to thank both of them for the years of friendship and service to me and this great community!
Also, thank you to the wonderful people who passed through my salon because of Kristy and Carrie. Many of life's experiences and stories were shared! Thank you 😊

Your stylist will be calling soon to reschedule appointments previously on the books, and those who left a message at the salon. Wearing a mask is not mandatory. Please bring your own mask, if you choose to wear one. We want everyone to feel safe and comfortable. Wiping "touch surfaces" will be ongoing. Also, please limit touching products. Your stylist can help you find what your looking for.
Due to the limited number of people we can have in the waiting room, only your children with an appointment should be in the salon with you. There will be a 5 person limit.

I know your roots are bad, I know your hair will be too long and you won't feel like yourself. I would love to go back to work but I can't, our industry can't. When you ask us what kind of color you will need and buy that store box color just remember your putting money into the big companies pocket while we small ones are suffering. There is no way to make income from our industry right now since we are hands on. When we can come back, please remember us and please don't blame us if we need to fix your hair and it will cost more.
Not only do we miss our income but we miss you. Our chats, laughter, tears, we share so much more than just a haircut. We are standing here united to stay safe but inside we are worried and stressed about our work being completely torn from us. We sit patiently waiting, like you, for answers or reassurance of some sort. With uncertain clarity, we hope and pray that you will be back to us soon and our industry comes back stronger than ever! 🙏
