As one of the owners of Stephan and Company Salon and Spa, Stephan brings with him over twenty years of experience in the beauty industry.
When he and co owner, Michael Maybroda decided to open Stephan and Company they combined their knowledge to create what Stephan likes to call the Ultimate Beauty experience. First they found the perfect space in which to create their masterpiece. Then it required what was probably the most important aspect, the perfect team. Stephan knew that the perfect team of people that were truly the crème de la crème of the area was what it would take to make his vision a reality. So they hand picked a staff of individuals that were not only incredible technicians but that would be a true team that would give clients, the absolute best experience they have ever had. From the moment you enter the salon you will have an experience like no other. Every need catered to. The absolute best service provided to you by the perfect team of technicians. In addition to being one of the owners, Stephan is also a Master Hairdresser as well. What he adds to the hairstyling team is over twenty years of training and experience. Stephan received most of his training from the Vidal Sassoon Academy. Along with his training with Vidal Sassoon, he has traveled all over the world training at various academies, such as Redken, Graham Webb, TiGi to name a few. Over the years thru all of his travels he has also been an educator himself as well as a former platform artist. His passion for the beauty industry is unprecedented. And his work is unparalleled. Stephan brings his clients the latest trends and fashions and creates the look that suits the individual. His unique eye for hair always keeps his clients on the cutting edge. Thru his knowledge and artistry he has become a true master at his craft.
