Taking Harry to a hair salon was always difficult. Even those times when I steeled myself for an eventual outburst or obtrusive avoidance behavior, a patron would stare or nudge her friend and I would inwardly crumble.
In a life full of challenges, Housecuts takes one of them off the table. When Nicole came to the house there were no worries of a stressed out kid or ignorant spectator. What a relief. What a gift. To me, and to my sweet boy.

When Harry was young we couldn't get near him with the scissors. God forbid the clippers. His hair was constantly in his face, making him hot and frankly, he always looked unkempt no matter what we did. We so desperately wanted him to look like everyone else.
