Hi it’s me, Marli & Hair! 💞

I’m going to do a reintroduction because I honestly can’t remember the last time I did one and I have a lot of new faces on here recently 🌱

I started this page when I was in cosmetology school to document my journey & post my work. Little did I know how important this would be to me 9 years later. This page has become the place I go to express myself, my love for hair and find my community. I’ve had many usernames (gnarlymarlihair the OG’s will remember that 😂 )throughout but one thing that has always stayed the same, I’ve always showed up as myself and stayed true to who I am.
I’m a mother of 2, a woman who loves to support other woman, a hairstylist who truly loves what she does and is constantly working on her career. My chair has always been a calm safe place where you can be completely yourself and focus on you for a bit.

I’m a Reno girl at heart, I love being outside, I love plants, pottery and anything crafty. I love to talk about tv shows, motherhood, new restaurants and true crime/podcast. Honestly I will yap about anything but I’m also down for a silent appointment where I do my thing & you do yours!
