I have said for a long time I carry a blessing/curse. Whenever I pass judgment on someone I find myself in a situation that forces me to understand their choices, or see myself in their shoes. I’ve learned that everyone really is doing the best they can with the tools they have (ie: awareness, support systems, resources).. There may be things that I know aren’t right for me at this time, or that I don’t agree with, but I don’t judge. And if I do, believe me, the universe will teach me a valuable (and usually very inconvenient, sometimes painful) lesson.

Sending out Reiki to all who wish to receive. I’m using gemstones to magnify specific intentions. Ruby for life force, passion and circulation. Shiva lingam for vitality, balance and self love. Quartz for new beginnings and amplifying good energy. Rose Quartz for all kinds of love, and feeling nurtured, and black tourmaline for protection and grounding. 🌟💜

Reiki is a Japanese technique used for relaxation, pain management, emotional well being, and so much more! A Reiki Practitioner channels universal healing energy, and guides it to the recipient. It is spiritual in nature, but not bound by any religion. What does it feel like? It’s different for everyone, and each session is unique in itself. Some people feel sensations like tingles, or warmth, others report becoming more aware of their pulse, and some feel nothing. All experiences are okay!
If you are still confused remember the scene in Karate Kid when Mr. Miagi eases the pain in Daniels leg? That’s (a Hollywood version of) Reiki. 🙂
