We are going on a ride down mobility lane this week! 😎 Here's another spin on releasing deep tension within the muscles holding us upright using cupping! 🔥🔥 This session, we finished up by applying cups over most of the spinal erectors, bringing bloodflow, and having the muscles slide and glide together to break up adhesions. We spend so much time looking down these days, that extending our spine and looking up, not only stretches the tight muscles and fascia in the front, but helps to relax our backs!

SCAR WORK! 💥💥Notice the size and color difference after one session. First photo is before, second is after! Treatment with both Graston Technique to break up scar tissue, and Cupping to lift the scar up from underlying structures, allowing for more circulation and mobility of the arm!

2 years ago I took that leap to leave my full time job, to pursue my own practice where I could utilize my learned skills to the fullest, without needing to "upgrade" my clients in order for them to receive what they needed. So grateful for my clients, for believing in me, and referring their friends and family. Learning and growing in this field has been such an amazing adventure so far! Is it always easy? No. But it is so worth it and I couldn't imagine it any other way.
